Fleet Management Limited – Navigating reform

In the maritime industry, regulation is often seen as a constraint. For Fleet Management Limited (Fleet) – one of the world’s largest independent ship-management companies – it became an opportunity to lead. With over 600 multi-segment vessels under management, their scale and expertise anchored Fleet at the forefront as extensive environmental reforms, including EEXI and CII, were introduced.

The challenge was straightforward yet complex: how to communicate compliance in a way that was clear, credible and commercially significant. For the solution, they needed a partner capable of turning policy into strategy – and complexity into clarity.

The result was Navigating reform – a fully designed report that distinguishes Fleet in the industry. To achieve this outcome, we worked closely with Fleet’s subject-matter experts at every stage, gaining a working knowledge of the new regulations and their operational impact.

This collaboration shaped the strategic storytelling, visual logic as well as the tone of the project. Built in Cinema 4D, we created flagship visuals that represent Fleet’s brand and bring depth to detail – technical renders that carry weight while sustaining pace and fluidity.

The device is a customised cargo ship placed within a bespoke Cinema 4D environment where materials and lighting reflect Fleet’s visual identity. The Fleet logo was seamlessly integrated throughout, ensuring visibility and recognition from every angle.
