AlixPartners – Visualising impact

Film & Animation

Visualised benefits

AlixPartners operates in environments where clarity drives confident decision‑making and meaningful client progress. Their work is often experienced through interfaces and through the outcomes those interfaces enable.

This animation series translates AlixPartners’ expertise into clear, benefit led change for the organisations they support.

From products to outcomes

AlixPartners’ analytics platforms are sophisticated by design, helping organisations understand complex situations and move forward with confidence. This series focuses on communicating the impact those capabilities deliver.

Through abstraction, complex success stories become instinctively understandable, highlighting the progress that follows when AlixPartners’ insight and strategy are applied.

All case studies were designed to exist within a single shared studio environment, creating consistency while allowing each story to retain its own identity. Each narrative sits on its own podium, able to stand independently or connect with others as part of a wider system that can scale as new stories are introduced.

A minimal framing approach also supports each film, guiding viewers through the narrative within tight 1–2 minute demonstrations allowing the animation itself to lead the experience. Built in Cinema 4D, the work uses spatial precision and controlled motion to ensure abstract ideas feel clear, structured and credible.

Communicating impact and application

Rather than focusing on technical detail, the visual language highlights impact and benefits. Across the films, AlixPartners’ approach is shown through the outcomes it enables – improving forecast accuracy, increasing marketing effectiveness and unlocking new revenue opportunities through advanced analytics and AI.

The visual concept and storyboard were developed by Karolina Sungailaite, with animation led by Mitul Rajani, under the creative direction of Will Hambling, working closely as a studio team to translate strategic intent into motion.

Designed for use across client‑facing and external touchpoints, the films act as storytelling assets and strategic tools that help organisations understand the value AlixPartners delivers.
